It Had to Do with Love

Hi lovers,
Last week (Tuesday February 9th) was the reception for the show, "It Had to Do With Love", held at Sadie's Diner in Toronto that I had the pleasure to be apart of. I really loved the vibe of the show - how can you refuse love? - and I really want to pursue having my own show soon. I love the stress and mayhem of it all!
I wanted to share some of the pieces that I contributed and are currently for sale.

Come check out the show if you're in the area. And if you couldn't tell from the name already, it is a diner so you can look and eat and the same time! AMAZING!

xoxo Alex

Valentine's Day!

Oh my goodness, I have been M.I.A since November! How shameful of me! But I come bearing good - and productive- news.
I will slowly leak the details and draw out the suspense of what I've been working on these past couple of months from now until the end of February.
BUT the most exciting news I have at the moment is the dawning of a new beginning... Alex Davey in her first Illustration Show!
I will be showing some Valentine's Day themed illustrations this Tuesday, February 9th at Sadie's Diner, (504 Adelaide West). The show is fittingly titled "It Had to do with Love".
Come check out my stuff along with other cool artists between 7:00 -10:00 for the opening reception Tuesday.
The above picture will be apart of the show: The Valentine Ginger Sweethearts!

Stay warm,
Alex
